What this covers
Unless a page expressly says otherwise, the fiction, world material, website copy, music, recordings, video, artwork, graphic presentation, branding, and downloadable files presented as part of Echofront are controlled by P.K. Davy or used with permission. Making material publicly viewable or playable does not place it in the public domain and does not grant a general reuse licence.
What you may do
- View and listen to the material for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
- Share links to public Echofront pages and the official Ko-fi or social profiles.
- Discuss or review the work and use brief quotations with clear attribution and a link, where permitted by applicable law.
- Use normal browser functions needed to access the site, including temporary caching.
What requires written permission
Without prior written permission, please do not:
- Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, re-upload, mirror, or make available full or substantial parts of the material.
- Sell, sublicense, bundle, monetize, or otherwise use the material for commercial, promotional, fundraising, or advertising purposes.
- Use artwork or video as cover art, merchandise, prints, wallpapers for redistribution, channel branding, game assets, or other visual assets.
- Use music or recordings in films, videos, streams, podcasts, games, advertisements, performances, remixes, samples, or other soundtracks.
- Translate, dramatize, narrate, adapt, modify, remix, or create a derivative release from the fiction, music, artwork, or world material.
- Remove authorship, source information, credits, notices, or identifying marks.
- Present yourself, a product, or a project as officially connected with, approved by, or representing Echofront or P.K. Davy.
AI systems, scraping, and datasets
The material may not be scraped, harvested, copied, or supplied for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, grounding, evaluating, benchmarking, or populating a generative-AI or machine-learning system or dataset without prior written permission. This restriction is not intended to prevent ordinary search indexing or technical processing necessary to deliver and secure the website.
Music is not royalty-free
Public playback on Echofront means that a track is available to listen to here. It does not mean the recording or composition is royalty-free, public-domain, stock music, or licensed under Creative Commons. A separate written licence is required for reuse or synchronization.
Fan work and creative requests
Reviews, discussion, and original responses are appreciated. Before publishing adaptations, translations, readings, fan fiction, music covers or remixes, games, merchandise, or other projects built from Echofront material, please request permission. This allows the intended use, credit, spoilers, and boundaries to be considered clearly.
Support does not purchase rights
A voluntary contribution through Ko-fi supports the work but does not purchase ownership, editorial control, access rights, a licence, or permission to reuse any material. Any future paid download or product will state its own terms separately.
Legal exceptions
Nothing on this page is intended to restrict quotation, criticism, review, parody, fair use, fair dealing, or another exception that applicable law gives you. Those exceptions depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction.
Permission and infringement reports
For a licence request, proposed collaboration, fan-work question, or infringement report, email contact@pkdavy.com with a description of the material, intended use, platforms, territory, duration, and whether money is involved.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Echofront adds releases, products, platforms, or licensing options. The effective date will be changed when a material revision is published.
